Was being bullied at work and it was suggested by Caroline that this was in my head and that I should confront the person I believed was bullying me. Was also told by Caroline, ‘don’t date anyone. You’re a mess.’ This was my only foray into therapy and I regret the three sessions I had with Caroline and think she did more damage than good. If you are experiencing any kind of self hatred or low self esteem problems, avoid this psychologist.
